These Terms of Service govern your use of the Unisolve SaaS platform, websites, telephony connections, and software services operated by Unisolve ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account on unisolve.live or connecting a business phone line to our agents, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
You agree not to use Unisolve services for: unsolicited robocalling or telemarketing spam, deceptive spoofing of caller identity, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or emergency services replacement (e.g. 911 / 112).
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Voice minutes included with your plan expire at the end of each billing cycle. Additional minutes beyond the plan allowance are billed at the standard rate of ₹1.80/minute.
While we target 99.9% uptime for core telephony and API endpoints, telephony connectivity depends partly on third-party telecommunications networks and internet carriers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
