We do not sell, trade, or utilize your private customer phone transcripts or business knowledge bases for training public AI foundation models. All tenant data is isolated strictly by organization ID and accessible only by authorized members of your account.
It is the responsibility of the registered business account owner to comply with local and regional call recording notification laws. Unisolve provides an optional automated disclaimer ("This call may be recorded for quality and appointment verification") in the greeting settings.
All communications with Unisolve are secured via modern TLS 1.3 encryption. Data stored within our database instances utilizes AES-256 encryption at rest.
